Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare Monthly Operations Review (MOR) and Divisional Review Meeting (DRM) decks with executive updates, KPI scorecards, and controlling matters in Board-ready format.
  • •Capture and circulate meeting minutes and action items, and coordinate the monthly governance calendar across divisions with stakeholders.
  • •Build and maintain consolidated action trackers (owners, due dates, RAG status, dependencies) and drive actions to closure.
  • •Track completion rates across divisions, categorize by impact, escalate overdue/blocked actions, and report status back through the MOR/DRM cadence.
  • •Contribute to transformation planning by supporting automation initiatives, BRDs and cost-benefit analyses, and feeding KPI dashboards and service delivery scorecards into governance packs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
  • •4+ years of experience in Finance Shared Services, PMO/project coordination, or Audit.
  • •Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting decks and action trackers.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Planner/Lists and Power BI/Tableau for tracking and analytics.
  • •Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and strong understanding of governance/reporting cadences.
