Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Quality Control Department with day-to-day operations to ensure quality is achieved and maintained.
  • •Perform independently complex, routine, and non-routine laboratory activities, including analytical tasks and sample preparation.
  • •Test incoming materials and finished products and approve products within stipulated time.
  • •Identify and troubleshoot common laboratory problems/issues and maintain clean, organized lab/workplace conditions.
  • •Ensure compliance with SHE procedures and policies, including LSRs, GMP, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and workplace safety protocols while maintaining accurate lab records and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or Biochemistry is preferred.
  • •Minimum 3-5 years of process improvement experience in the flavor and fragrance industry.
  • •Ability to operate and troubleshoot equipment.
  • •Strong knowledge of safety procedures, GMPs, and quality control standards.
  • •Experience in handling GC, LCMS, and GCMS is an added advantage.
