Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide daily financial and operational support on the DCI Settlement System controls to ensure balances and team objectives are met.
  • •Research and resolve daily settlement discrepancies, production issues, and customer inquiries in line with Risk and Compliance goals.
  • •Lead responses to past due payments and outstanding funds by coordinating with cross-functional teams and settlement agent contacts.
  • •Coach and mentor team members to deliver customer service within SLAs, including cross-training to maintain bench strength and avoid single points of failure.
  • •Identify process improvement and automation opportunities, including evaluating and implementing AI into daily controls activities (Gemini tools).

  • •Cross-functional knowledge of the Payment Network industry focusing on Financial Services, Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk, or Operations.
