Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and support an Account Management team to negotiate and renew policies through the Specialist Broker network, steering growth and retention of profitable portfolios.
  • •Conduct performance and salary reviews, lead recruitment, and oversee training and development to build team capability.
  • •Plan annual leave and manage team resource planning, maintaining management reports and leveraging data insights for strategic decisions.
  • •Drive innovation and change management initiatives across the team, intervening promptly to minimize risk and protect profitability.
  • •Maintain relationships with Brokers and customers, develop and execute strategies with them, and negotiate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a financial servicing and/or sales environment, ideally within credit insurance and broker networks.

  • •Good understanding of Allianz Trade products and services, with extensive knowledge of the credit insurance market.
