Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain daily inventory appearance and security while keeping vehicle zones and parking areas organized for smooth operations.
  • •Document and track incoming and outgoing inventory through shipping and receiving processes to support accurate vehicle records.
  • •Receive, prepare, and process vehicles, including pairing locators, capturing photos, and securing keys for readiness for sale or auction.
  • •Support auction operations by assisting with preparation, coordination, and execution activities for a seamless experience.
  • •Complete daily inventory scanning and reconciliation for accurate, real-time site inventory visibility; follow EH&S requirements and keep the work area clean.
