Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead execution and continuous improvements of security strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with SAP/SCI directives.
  • •Implement the Department of Defense Special Access Program Security Manual, company Standard Operating Procedures, and contractual security requirements.
  • •Act as primary program security integrator and liaison across multiple programs to embed enabling security into program operations.
  • •Advise program security leadership on security posture, risk exposure, compliance requirements, and emerging threats.
  • •Provide leadership and guidance to a team of security professionals, including training, mentorship, and investigation/incident response with mitigation actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree with 10+ years security, military, or defense experience in a government-regulated environment (or Bachelor’s with 12+ years, Associate’s with 14+ years, or High School with 16+ years).
  • •5+ years working directly in the Industrial Security field.
  • •Active U.S. Government security clearance at the SECRET level or higher.
  • •Ability to obtain TOP SECRET clearance with SAP/SCI access.
  • •Ability to meet enhanced security requirements to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs.
