Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary contact for internal and external customers seeking spare parts information, quotations, and technical advice.
  • •Interpret parts requirements accurately across CAPS product lines and provide professional order/enquiry handling.
  • •Support the local branch by assisting with parts and stores knowledge and contributing to service-delivery initiatives.
  • •Assist with inventory management, stock control, and dispatch activities as required.
  • •Collaborate with the National Parts Group to share technical knowledge, implement best practices, and support national projects/process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a parts interpretation or technical sales role, preferably within industrial or mechanical sectors.
  • •Strong understanding of mechanical components and systems.
  • •Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • •Proficiency in inventory and ERP systems (e.g., Pronto or similar).
