Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; related industry qualification or studying toward is a plus
•10+ years of experience in hedge fund accounting, fund administration or financial operations
•Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and provide feedback to staff
•Experience managing teams and client relationships; ability to facilitate discussions and reach decisions
•Knowledge of hedge funds structures, NAV calculation, capital activities and financial preparations
