Job Summary

Lead delivery of networking managed services by proactively identifying and resolving complex technical incidents and problems while meeting SLA requirements. Perform root-cause analysis on critical incidents, manage high-complexity tickets, and investigate third-line support cases. Configure and ensure client infrastructure is installed, tested, operational, and monitored for timely alert response. Coach junior team members, create knowledge articles, support onsite and field engineering, and contribute to automation and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents and problems while ensuring SLA compliance.
•Perform root-cause analysis for critical incidents and provide resolutions for complex issues, including managing high-complexity tickets.
•Monitor client infrastructure using monitoring tools and respond to alerts; ensure infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational.
•Investigate and escalate third-line support calls and provide continuous feedback and updates to involved parties and vendors.
•Coach and mentor junior team members, create knowledge articles for frequent issues, and support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort.

Key Requirements

•Advanced proficiency with networking and security technologies including Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Juniper Virtual Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco Nexus switches, ASr/ISr routers, Cisco ACS/ISE, and Meraki switches/access points.
•Strong knowledge of enterprise network architecture and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP), plus network troubleshooting including NAT and ISP uplinks for DIA, MPLS, and P2P circuits.
•Advanced certifications on one or more of the listed technologies.
•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
•Strong planning, project management, communication, active listening, client-focused mindset, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
