Talent Officer - School Recruitment (MoE Subjects)

Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for MoE subject teachers (Arabic Studies, Islamic Studies, Social Studies), partnering with the Director of MoE, principals, and hiring managers. Serve as a subject-specialist adviser, coordinate interviews and workforce planning, and manage contracts and onboarding documentation. Build candidate pipelines, run UAE and international recruitment events, maintain ATS records and recruitment dashboards, and ensure compliant “safer recruitment” practices.
