Job Summary

Coordinate and lead plant maintenance activities, providing leadership to a team of about 15 maintenance technicians. Support the Maintenance Manager by improving equipment reliability, reducing production downtime, and maintaining a safe, clean, compliant work environment. Troubleshoot and assist with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC-related issues, run preventive maintenance programs, maintain records, and partner with production, quality, and management to drive continuous improvement while complying with SQF, GMP, and safety requirements.

•Lead, supervise, evaluate, and train a team of maintenance technicians.
•Coordinate daily maintenance activities to support continuous production operations.
•Monitor equipment performance and implement strategies to reduce machine downtime.
•Troubleshoot and assist with repairs for electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC-related equipment issues.
•Develop, implement, and maintain preventive maintenance programs; maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with SQF, GMP, and safety requirements.

•Experience developing and managing preventive maintenance programs (food manufacturing experience preferred).
