Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients (primarily investment funds, law firms, and large enterprises) on selecting the best transaction insurance product based on deal typology and risks.
  • •Analyze transaction documents (IM, SPA, APA) and due diligence reports to understand and anticipate key transaction issues.
  • •Negotiate with insurers to obtain favorable market terms (coverage, pricing), negotiate, and place the policies.
  • •Collaborate closely with members of the regional EMEA M&A team on acquisition and/or divestment operations.
  • •Develop and maintain day-to-day client relationships to support growth of transaction insurance in the French market.

Key Requirements

  • •Master 2 level education in business law (or equivalent), with at least 7 years of experience in business law firms or an M&A department at a large group.

  • •Strong client-facing skills to advise on the best product choice based on deal typology and risk profile.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent English.
