Job Summary

Lead the Stinger Missile program, driving contractual commitments for financial, technical, and schedule performance across FMS bundle and U.S. replenishment contracts. Own daily program execution and program health, partner with internal and external customers, and lead cross-matrix teams from startup through contract closeout. Use EVMS, Risk & Opportunity, and RLPM/CORE to drive execution excellence, continuous improvement, and key program metrics, while managing budgets, forecasts, and milestone/critical path delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the customer interface and foster a collaborative “One Team” culture with customers, delivering service and value.
•Utilize EVMS, Risk & Opportunity, and RLPM controls to drive execution excellence and program consistency.
•Implement continuous improvement initiatives leveraging RLPM and CORE.
•Deliver projects on time by leading cross-matrix teams, maintaining milestones, critical path, budgets, and schedules.
•Maintain program metrics, support Annual Operating Plan (AOP) inputs and long-term financial outlook, and lead regular EACs and PMR/business forecasting reviews.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 8 years of experience.
•Prior production program experience, including cross-functional team leadership.
•Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, management, and/or closeout.
•Experience using financial analysis and project management tools/systems, including risk and opportunity management.
•CORE certification (or process improvement equivalent) and Raytheon Program Management certification at level 5 or higher (or ability to achieve within 12 months).
