Operations & Visual Manager - Bridgewater

Lead the store operations and visual strategy as part of the store leadership team, ensuring the store is customer-ready at all times. Oversee execution of operational and visual processes, drive inventory accuracy and sell-through, and coordinate labor hours to support product receiving. Partner with the General/Store Manager on budgets, reporting, and planning, and lead the Operations and Visual team through coaching, accountability, and performance-driven communication.
