Job Summary

Lead the Regional Real Estate & Hospitality Practice for the South Region, driving growth strategies, client retention, and cross-sell initiatives across Texas, Florida, Atlanta, the Carolinas, and Nashville. Build and mentor teams, shape industry insights, and collaborate with One Aon to deliver integrated risk and insurance solutions for RE&H clients.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement growth strategies (organic and inorganic) and client retention plans for the RE&H practice across the South Region.
•Lead and motivate teams of brokers, AEs, and salespeople to drive regional and national sales and retention plans.
•Partner with regional leadership to drive an integrated RE&H strategy across Risk Capital and One Aon initiatives.
•Organize and lead RE&H Industry Council activities and deliver industry insights and thought leadership based on data and market feedback.
•Meet with clients and markets to understand macro risk trends and develop innovative risk management and insurance solutions.

Salary: USD 250,000 - 325,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Real Estate and/or Hospitality risk management and insurance.
•Experience meeting with C-suite leaders at all subsectors of real estate including private owners/managers, REITs, service companies and brokers, financial institutions with real estate portfolios, private equity real estate funds, pension funds and their investment managers and advisors, and developers.
•Proven ability to build and lead teams, collaborate with product and geography leadership, and motivate colleagues to achieve results.
•Strong understanding of complex property exposures and alternative risk financing for Real Estate organizations, including captive insurance.
•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA and CPCU preferred.
