Personal Banker - Duqm

Drive sales and servicing of retail banking products and services for new customers in the branch. Serve as the first point of contact, proactively convert inquiries into sales and retention, and complete account opening and related documentation in line with credit policies and procedures. Cross-sell e-banking registrations, credit cards, investment schemes, and takaful, conduct outbound calls, and support recovery efforts for NPA delinquent customers through skip tracing and follow-ups.
