Job Summary

Work with leading law firms and corporate legal teams to turn complex, high-value legal work into AI-powered workflows. Partner with product and go-to-market teams to shape discovery, pilots, testing, onboarding, and rollout. Translate user insights into roadmap direction, help clients assess AI business impact across key practices, and collaborate across innovation, legal ops, practice groups, and Customer Success to embed the platform in daily legal work.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a thought partner to top global law firms and enterprises by diagnosing pain points and mapping high-value opportunities for how Harvey integrates into their practice.
•Shape pilots and deployments end-to-end with the go-to-market team, including discovery, workflow design, testing, onboarding, iteration, and firm-wide rollout.
•Work with innovation leaders, legal operations, practice groups, and Customer Success to embed the platform in day-to-day legal work.
•Translate user insights into product direction to influence the roadmap.
•Help clients evaluate the business impact of AI and shape how the legal industry adapts to AI.

Key Requirements

•Have experience at a top law firm or in-house legal team; innovation, legal ops, or consulting experience is a plus.
•Familiarity with the legal tech ecosystem as an employee, founder, or advisor to legal tech startups.
•Be product-savvy and tech-curious; navigate conversations about generative AI, workflow design, privacy, governance, and enterprise rollout.
•Communicate with clarity and confidence across roles including partners, associates, engineers, PMs, CIOs, and legal ops.
•Independently run multiple client engagements in parallel while maintaining a strong bias for action.
