Job Summary

Design, execute, and continuously improve company-wide compensation programs that support business goals and talent strategy. Own compensation strategy and design, including base salary structures, job architecture, allowances, job evaluations, and incentive frameworks. Lead market analysis and benchmarking, drive annual merit and internal equity programs, partner with HR and payroll to ensure accuracy, and deliver training and governance, backed by KPIs, dashboards, and data integrity across HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with leadership to develop compensation strategies aligned with company goals and industry benchmarks, including managing base salary structures and enterprise job catalog.
•Perform market analysis and benchmarking using sources such as Radford and Mercer, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness, and making pay/range recommendations.
•Drive compensation and benefits-related programs from planning through implementation and communication, including annual merit, internal equity, and promotion pay programs.
•Lead incentive programs (short- and long-term, executive bonus framework) by analyzing payout scenarios and tracking program effectiveness.
•Coordinate with payroll and HR stakeholders to ensure accurate compensation processes and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, while building KPIs and dashboards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or similar preferred.

•Deep knowledge of compensation design and job architecture.
•Experience working with an HRIS platform (Workday strongly preferred).
•Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and experience with large datasets.
