Job Summary

Drive end-to-end quality excellence across the supplies lifecycle, from development and manufacturing through production assurance and customer delivery performance. Lead strategic quality initiatives and continuous improvement to strengthen quality systems, reduce risk, and improve customer satisfaction. Perform root-cause investigations, implement CAPA, run quality audits, and manage quality KPIs using data-driven decision making while collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive strategic quality initiatives across development, manufacturing, supply, and customer delivery processes.
•Lead cross-functional quality activities with development, operations, manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams.
•Identify systemic gaps, lead root-cause investigations, and ensure effective CAPA implementation.
•Ensure quality requirements, methodologies, and standards are integrated into product and process lifecycles.
•Monitor, analyze, and present quality KPIs and operational performance metrics to enable data-driven decisions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.
•7–10 years of experience, preferably in quality assurance, reliability, or related work.
•Strong presentation and communication skills.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
