Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end UK payroll process, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • •Manage payroll through HiBob, maintaining data integrity, reporting, and effective system controls.
  • •Oversee outsourced international payroll providers for the Netherlands and Dubai, ensuring compliance and deadlines are met.
  • •Review payroll inputs and outputs with appropriate checks, approvals, controls, and reconciliations.
  • •Prepare and post accurate payroll journals into NetSuite and support month-end/year-end finance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience managing an end-to-end UK payroll function, ideally in a complex or fast-paced organisation.
  • •Experience managing payroll processes, employee data or payroll integrations through HiBob / Pento.
  • •Experience overseeing outsourced or multi-country payrolls, particularly across the Netherlands or Dubai.
  • •Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, reconciliations and analysing large sets of payroll data.
  • •Up-to-date knowledge of UK payroll legislation, tax, pensions and statutory requirements.
