Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.

  • •Analyze reports with store leadership to strategize, deliver results, and support action plans.
  • •Maintain effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives as needed.
  • •Support store operations including shipment processing, visual merchandising placement, replenishment, and executing front/back-of-house procedures per policy.
