•Bachelor's degree (any field) with 4–6 years of experience in technical training or instructional design, or a Master's degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
•Portfolio of instructional design work, including examples of eLearning, curriculum, video content, or training programs created from scratch.
•Ability to design and build training curricula from the ground up (not just maintain or update existing materials).
•Experience producing video or multimedia training content as part of a learning program.
•Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to learners from a wide range of backgrounds.
