Key Responsibilities

  • •Help establish the Financial Advisor team’s strategic direction to increase revenue.
  • •Consult with clients and prospective clients by analyzing goals, objectives, and risk tolerance to recommend suitable investment products and services.
  • •Assist clients with trades, information requests, research, and account problems.
  • •Provide client relationship management support, including ongoing counsel, advice, and relationship reviews.
  • •Support delivery of client presentations and engagements and execute external networking/internal referral opportunities to grow profitable securities and insurance sales levels.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Banking, or equivalent education and related experience.
  • •4 years professional experience, including 1 year of experience in the securities industry.
  • •FINRA Series 7 and 66.
  • •Applicable state health and life insurance licenses and jurisdictional registrations matching the advisor(s) supported.
  • •Organized, self-motivated with strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship management skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • •Willingness to pursue additional wealth/investment credentials.
