Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshoot/repair plant equipment and facility systems.
  • •Support electrical work including troubleshooting motors/controls and installing conduit and wiring for motors, lighting, and control devices.
  • •Carry out mechanical and piping work as needed (pumps, seals, bearings, valves) and provide welding/fabrication support as qualified.
  • •Support plant projects and coordinate with Engineering, operators, and outside contractors/vendors.
  • •Follow all safety and quality requirements and document work, parts, and maintenance planning using SAP/MVP.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years’ experience in building maintenance and machinery repair, with welding experience required.
  • •Ability to weld on pipe and run/repair PVC piping.
  • •Knowledge of basic 110/480V electrical wiring (or equivalent) and low-voltage instrumentation repair.
  • •Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and flowcharts to troubleshoot systems and equipment.
  • •Detail-oriented troubleshooting with a focus on safety and quality during maintenance work.
