Key Responsibilities

  • •Model and coach for the ultimate consumer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
  • •Assist store management by training and coaching staff to deliver authentic customer service and meet sales goals.
  • •Support leadership in maximizing sales opportunities and driving key initiatives.
  • •Help with operational excellence including getting products to the floor and supporting store operations and visual merchandising.
  • •Lead a positive, engaging shopping experience for customers and employees while supporting store directives.
