Key Responsibilities

  • •Transport samples between buildings in a timely, safe, and compliant manner.
  • •Ensure proper handling, tracking, and delivery of samples according to established procedures.
  • •Participate in a rotating weekend sample support schedule approximately every 4 to 6 weeks.
  • •Receive and process goods deliveries, then scan, record, and maintain inventory in inventory management systems.
  • •Monitor stock levels, place orders as needed, label/store materials accurately, and support stock audits when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Drivers license is mandatory.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics, inventory, or laboratory experience is an advantage.
  • •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • •Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • •Experience with inventory management systems and/or barcode scanning tools is preferred.
