Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in capacity planning for medium to large organizations and workforce management for internal and outsourced workforces (BPO).
  • •Strong SQL skills, including data integration and automation to optimize processes for reporting and forecasting.
  • •Experience with Tableau or comparable tools to analyze data independently.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills.
