Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in projects and programmes.
  • •Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies.
  • •Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion against budget.
  • •Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applications.
  • •Collaborate with client and contractor teams on cost control, value engineering, programme performance, and effective contract change management.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualification in Estimating, Quantity Surveying or Cost Engineering.
  • •Experience of working in the Infrastructure (Rail, air, power, highways) sector.
  • •Demonstrable experience in contract management (NEC3 preferred), change management, cost management, procurement, and governance processing.
  • •Excellent and flexible skills in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Work, PowerPoint).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in a client-facing environment.
