Key Responsibilities

•Manage inbound customs operations, including HTS code classifications, CIQ pre-testing, tariff information, trade contracts, and duty-free trade agreements.
•Collaborate with management to resolve complex trade issues and ensure compliance with legal entities and regulatory authorities.
•Drive continuous process improvements and proactively manage urgent or special situations with cross-functional teams.
•Maintain relationships with China customs authorizations and government bureaus; support AEO annual audits, grade maintenance, and renewal of customs IC cards and required certificates.
•Produce reports and business updates using systems such as Power BI, AFS, HUB Light, TCM, Ariba, Origo, SPM, NOVA, and Infor Nexus; coordinate inbound projects including user acceptance testing for system enhancements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, preferably in supply chain management, logistics, or a related background.
•4+ years of experience in inbound logistics from FMCG or retail industries.
•Strong understanding of inbound logistics and import/export customs declaration.
•Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint/BI tools with strong analytical and presentation skills.
•Experience in logistics process optimization and project management is a plus.
