•Steward the evidence strategy across the Digital Holistic Student Supports portfolio, ensuring alignment with solution development and scaling goals.
•Lead an active portfolio of grants and contracts to ensure continuity, quality, and timely execution of evidence-building activities.
•Own evaluation approaches implemented through grants, contracts, and partners, ensuring alignment with the established evidence strategy.
•Lead external evaluations to assess impact on downstream learner outcomes, including credit accumulation, persistence, and education progression measures.
•Monitor AI system performance and real-world use, identifying risks, gaps, and constraints that may affect downstream outcomes and decision support.

Salary: USD 173,000 - 259,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Advanced degree or equivalent experience in education, evaluation, or a related field, with deep expertise in postsecondary systems, workflows, and infrastructure.
•Significant experience designing and leading rigorous evaluations, including experimental, quasi-experimental, and mixed-methods approaches.
•Experience evaluating human-AI interaction and system performance in complex, real-world environments.
•Experience applying AI-enabled evaluation methods using product and AI-generated data to assess accuracy, bias, reliability, and link results to learner outcomes.
•Portfolio and partner management experience, including managing external evaluators and navigating multi-stakeholder environments.
