Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform day-to-day applied research by utilizing material testing and analyzing trends/technical data to identify issues.
  • •Maintain the materials development lab, including preventative maintenance and modifying equipment/software to meet new testing requirements.
  • •Conduct research on new materials and their potential applications to enhance product performance and sustainability.
  • •Collaborate with product development teams to understand product requirements and guide development of new ideas and procedures.
  • •Handle systems such as Enovia and Nexus for material specifications, GPS clearances, and SOI submissions; support supplier quality testing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 61,600 - 70,850 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree in material science or related field (or a High School diploma with relevant experience and interests).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for applied research and data interpretation.
  • •Comfort and experience using Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • •Available to work at the Winton Hill Business Office in Cincinnati, OH 5 days per week.
  • •Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely and make critical observations.
