Key Responsibilities

  • •Orient and instruct new drivers; assist the supervisor in assigning and directing work of employees.
  • •Communicate with supervisor/manager to maintain proper vehicle flow and logs of vehicle stock numbers and lot locations.
  • •Communicate schedules and assignments to crew members and manage van/transport drivers to scheduled locations.
  • •Shuttle employees and auction personnel to/from auctions, parking lots, dealerships, and customer locations; ensure timely pick-up/drop-off.
  • •Lead safety practices and support staffing/work-volume planning; enforce company policies and perform daily vehicle maintenance and routine checks.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education/certification/experience (e.g., 5 years in a related discipline).

  • •Ability to orient and instruct drivers on job duties and support operational flow of vehicles.
  • •Experience supporting staffing levels, work volumes, and efficiency using KPIs/metrics.
  • •Clear a pre-employment drug test (drug-free workplace requirements apply).
