Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform teller functions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, cashier’s checks, money orders, and process transfers.
  • •Open, close, and maintain customer accounts (checking, savings, time deposits, IRA, safe deposit boxes, and savings bonds) and process account changes.
  • •Answer customer questions, resolve disputes and discrepancies, and perform research to resolve customer account issues.
  • •Operate online teller terminal and assist customers via in person, telephone, or mail, including call center duties (e.g., file maintenance and account changes).
