Drive sales and marketing of Truist mortgage loan products while meeting production goals and following bank policies. Maintain expertise in mortgage strategies, policies, and secondary market investor guidelines, and support mortgage fulfillment through document follow-up for quality control and post-closing review.

•Provide mortgage clients sound advice based on client needs and Truist mortgage products and benefits.
•Execute Truist’s referral process and assist mortgage loan fulfillment with document follow-up as determined by quality control or post-closing review.

•Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and an applicable NMLS acceptable background check.
