Key Responsibilities

  • •Review incoming commercial and technical orders against what was quoted; report abnormalities and seek corrections.
  • •Plan and execute project kick-off meetings and clarify customer requirements to the plant team.
  • •Ensure right specifications and document approvals are in place for operations to execute orders end-to-end.
  • •Track specifications changes, communicate updates to stakeholders, and monitor project progress against delivery priorities/schedules.
  • •Coordinate trade compliance and documentation for Incoterm closure, shipment/inspection readiness, and timely dispatch to destination/customer site forwarders.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 4 to 5 years’ work experience in similar industry and products.
  • •Project management experience in valve or related products is an added advantage.
  • •Awareness about EMS & ISO 45001 practices.
  • •Experience with ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 9001:2015 procedures & instructions.
