Job Summary

As a member of the TUMI retail team, the Associate Manager creates an elevated client experience, builds lasting relationships, and drives store sales through exceptional service. You’ll lead with initiative, coach peers, and ensure visual standards while developing staff and achieving KPIs in a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
•Display a good sense of initiative, able to plan and prioritize, display strategic thinking, and champion change in an effective manner.
•Take pride in work and strive for excellence; take responsibility for performance and complete all assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
•Training and Developing: help teach others training content through consistent roleplay and coaching; monitor and assist with training and development for store associates.
•Communicate effectively: strong written and verbal skills; collaborate with team to promote organization goals and adapt to change.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: US Dollar 21 - 23 hourly
