Key Responsibilities

•Lead the monthly financial close process and generate reports for the business unit.
•Develop and oversee forecasting, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow across monthly, quarterly, and annual horizons.
•Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting (Budget) process.
•Provide financial analysis and recommendations that support strategic business decisions.
•Ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance of financial results, internal controls, and corporate financial policies; partner with functional leaders to drive performance and profitability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
•2–5 years of experience in managerial roles within Finance, FP&A, Financial Control, or related areas.
•Advanced English (oral and written).
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
•Knowledge of SAP (preferred) and experience in multinational and manufacturing environments (advantage).
