Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead or coordinate complex security incidents with structure, urgency, and judgment under pressure.
  • •Manage and coach a US incident response team of 5-8, improving investigation quality, handoffs, decision-making, and executive communication.
  • •Partner across Detection, Security Engineering, Product Security, Legal, Crisis Communications, Support, and senior leadership to drive investigation, containment, recovery, and follow-through.
  • •Improve the incident response system through playbooks, metrics, exercises, post-incident reviews, and tooling enhancements.
  • •Drive adoption of investigative AI tools and automation to help analysts triage faster, surface signals, reduce toil, and improve consistency while maintaining security rigor.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 184,500 - 289,050 annually

  • •Directly lead complex, multi-stakeholder security incidents in a SaaS, cloud, or enterprise environment.
  • •Manage and develop senior security engineers, incident responders, and/or technical leads (including people leadership for a 5-8 person team).
