Lead end-to-end execution of a flagship space-based radar program, spanning radar payload development, spacecraft integration, ground systems, and mission operations. Interface with government customers at executive levels, coordinate hardware, software, and operations teams, and build a scalable program management organization to deliver on time and on budget.
