Key Responsibilities

  • •Own program execution including schedule, budget, risk management, and delivery across all phases from development through launch and on-orbit operations
  • •Serve as primary technical and programmatic interface with government customer, leading executive-level reviews, milestone demonstrations, and strategic planning
  • •Drive technical decision-making across radar architecture, algorithm development, antenna development, spacecraft integration, and ground systems ensuring sound engineering trades and system performance
  • •Coordinate cross-functional execution across radar engineering, antenna, software, spacecraft, mission operations, production, and test teams
  • •Build and lead a high-performing program management team and establish scalable processes for execution at program scale

Salary: USD 220,000 - 292,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an Engineering discipline (e.g., Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Systems Engineering)
  • •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex technical concepts, risks, and status into clear, actionable insights for both deeply technical and executive audiences
  • •Experience with the deployment and integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems - particularly for national security space systems
  • •Experience with building and leading cross-functional teams
  • •Experience serving DoD/IC customers and comfortable interfacing with key government stakeholders on a frequent basis
