Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supply Planners supporting Data Center GPU programs.
  • •Own supply planning execution across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons to support revenue attainment, customer commitments, and product ramp milestones.
  • •Partner with Business Units, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and suppliers to align demand, supply, capacity, materials, and execution priorities.
  • •Identify supply risks, drive mitigation plans, and escalate trade-offs or decisions with clear business impact.
  • •Manage supply planning KPIs and lead cross-functional issue resolution for shortages, capacity constraints, and execution blockers.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in supply chain, supply planning, operations, manufacturing, or related functions.
  • •Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts including material flow, capacity planning, and inventory management.
  • •Prior people leadership or team lead experience.
  • •Experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, NPI, or complex hardware supply chains.
  • •Experience with SAP, Kinaxis Rapid Response, advanced planning tools, dashboards, or supply planning automation.
