•Deliver onsite and remote technical support, diagnosing and resolving system, network, and application issues to minimize disruption to clinical and operational workflows.
•Support the full lifecycle of patient monitoring and IT infrastructure solutions, including installation, configuration, integration, and testing.
•Troubleshoot technical challenges using approved tools and test equipment, analyzing root causes and implementing sustainable fixes to improve stability.
•Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, troubleshooting activities, and support procedures while following configuration management and version control practices.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, clinical partners, sales, and service teams) to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key Requirements

•2.5+ years of professional experience in IT services or a related technical environment, preferably in a field or hospital-based healthcare setting.
•Foundational understanding of IT systems, networking concepts, and technical troubleshooting; patient monitoring/telemetry experience is highly preferred.
•Associate degree in computer science, biomedical, engineering, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
•Preferred computer networking certification such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA (CCNA encouraged).
•Ability to perform field service requirements including approximately 75% business travel and working flexible hours/on-call rotations.
