Key Requirements

  • •2.5+ years of professional experience in IT services or a related technical environment, preferably in a field or hospital-based healthcare setting.
  • •Foundational understanding of IT systems, networking concepts, and technical troubleshooting; patient monitoring/telemetry experience is highly preferred.
  • •Associate degree in computer science, biomedical, engineering, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Preferred computer networking certification such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA (CCNA encouraged).
  • •Ability to perform field service requirements including approximately 75% business travel and working flexible hours/on-call rotations.
