Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the IF&IS IT Governance team with contract governance activities, including updating and completing the IF&IS contract inventory.
  • •Maintain and create outsourcing compliance trackers and support evaluation of supplier documents related to information security, data protection, and risk reporting obligations.
  • •Support IF&IS risk management activities, including audit preparation and gathering evidence for tested controls.
  • •Update the knowledge base for a Governance AI agent.
  • •Support the team in day-to-day governance activities within an international IT delivery environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Economics; you are in the last year of your studies.
  • •Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
  • •Advanced skills in MS Office and SharePoint.
  • •Experience working with international projects/teams and ability to start immediately.
  • •Self-driven, proactive, and highly motivated with strong commitment and ability to work autonomously.
