Associate GBS HR Services

Execute HR administration tasks for multiple service lines, including hiring administration, exit management, organizational and people data management, time and benefit management, and employee inquiries. Ensure work is completed accurately and on time while following defined standards and complying with legal requirements and internal policies. Support line management with HR policy guidance and personnel information access, and continuously improve HR processes through regular reviews using SAP and other administrative systems.
