•Complete immersive bootcamp training at the Bedfont Lakes hub and build foundational sales skills.

•Collaborate with Cisco Associate Solutions Engineers to deliver technical solutions that drive business outcomes.
•After the 12-month program, transition into an Inside Account Executive role in Dubai to connect customers to Cisco technologies and build long-term relationships with customers and partners.

Key Requirements

•Recent under or postgraduate degree (any discipline) or equivalent professional experience through Apprenticeships or Vocational programs, with up to 2 years of professional experience.
•Fluent in English and Arabic.
•Legally authorised to work in the country of hire without company sponsorship.
•Willing to relocate to Bedfont Lakes (London) for the 12-month training.
•Demonstrates strong critical thinking, digital fluency, and creative problem solving (preferred for non-traditional backgrounds).
