Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and hands-on guidance to the assigned marketing division to achieve pre-set financial and non-financial objectives.
  • •Foster and manage global client relationships across GCC plus Korea, Japan, Turkey, China, Spain, Italy, etc.
  • •Develop a broad strategy for the assigned division for all aspects of the business i.e. assets, liabilities, products, systems, recovery and Human Resources.
  • •Position the team as one of the best in the market by driving strategies and transaction benchmarks that are often used by the region’s other banks.
  • •Develop clear expertise in a complicated business; establish thought leadership across the region.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead and guide the assigned marketing division to achieve pre-set financial and non-financial objectives.
  • •Maintain and expand global client relationships across GCC, Korea, Japan, Turkey, China, Spain, Italy, and other regions.
  • •Develop a broad, end-to-end strategy for the division covering assets, liabilities, products, systems, recovery, and Human Resources.
  • •Position the team as one of the best in the market by driving strategic initiatives and establishing transaction benchmarks used by the region’s banks.
  • •Develop domain expertise and become thought leaders across the region in a complex contracting finance business.
