Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the planning and execution of complex manufacturing projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and objectives across multiple knowledge centers and business domains.
  • •Analyze project requirements, risks, and constraints to develop comprehensive plans that optimize resources and mitigate challenges, working under limited supervision.
  • •Facilitate regular project meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
  • •Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project life-cycle.
  • •Continuously improve manufacturing processes and workflows to drive efficiency and project success.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors / Masters Degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelors OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Masters in areas such as Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Agile Methodology or equivalent.
