Job Summary

Lead visual merchandising execution to drive store sales and maximize profitability. Partner with the Visual Manager and Operations team to manage daily operational functions (receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, supply management) while maintaining strategic product presentation. Plan and execute visual direction against budgets, timelines, and company standards, using reporting tools to identify opportunities and adjust product placement, outfitting, and stock levels. Also coach and develop store associates to improve performance and guest experience.

•Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving/processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Maintain strategic product presentation by ensuring product recovery and restock/destock aligned with visual merchandising direction.
•Plan and execute visual floor changes with the management team, including payroll management and adapting zones and visual support to business needs.
•Utilize reporting tools with management to identify business opportunities related to product placement, outfitting, and stock levels, making changes as necessary.
•Lead by example and inspire staff; partner with management to coach associates and support recruitment and development.
