Operations Associate (Full-Time) - Market Street at Lynnfield

Drive store profitability and efficiency as part of the Operations & Visual Management team. Manage inventory accuracy and reduce shrink, investigate root causes, and partner with the General/Store Manager on process improvements. Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, replenishment, and floor set updates, while maintaining strong sales-floor visual standards. Collaborate on budgets, supplies, vendor relationships, and facilities to keep operations safe, clean, and guest-ready.
