Job Summary

Develop customer relationships as a Personal Banker focused on consultative needs assessments, cross-selling, and proactive financial review appointments. Complete a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, ending with a certification. Process teller transactions and work as part of the financial center platform staff while meeting customer experience and production goals and ensuring risk, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.

Key Responsibilities

•Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the company value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities, including presentations, sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and work as a member of the platform staff while meeting customer experience and production goals and managing risk appropriately.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to perform sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions used to analyze credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
