Key Responsibilities

  • •Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the company value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities, including presentations, sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
  • •Process teller transactions and work as a member of the platform staff while meeting customer experience and production goals and managing risk appropriately.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience with transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to perform sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions used to analyze credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
