Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage FP&A activities across the FS division, including review of budgets and forecasts for all FS entities.
  • •Prepare and review monthly FRM decks, explaining key variances at consolidated or entity level.
  • •Align tender requirements and pricing simulation files with management and contract financials; develop and standardize pricing calculators.
  • •Govern pricing activities including margin control and pricing policies; review pricing processes for accuracy and turnaround-time reduction.
  • •Manage system governance from a control and Delegation of Authority (DoA) perspective and prepare dashboards on wins/losses, revenue, and margins; mentor junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead FP&A activities across the Financial Services division, including review of budgets and forecasts for all FS entities.
  • •Prepare and explain monthly FRM deck variances at consolidated or entity level.
  • •Develop and manage automated financial tools and pricing calculators to reduce turnaround times and improve deal close speed.
  • •Use and manage financial reporting systems such as SAP and SAC, including proficiency in reporting systems.
  • •Strong finance background with CA/CWA/CMA/MBA and at least 12 years of experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
